Can I get companies to report credit like utility companies, cell phone, etc.?
Im trying to repair my credit. I looked at my credit report the other day and I noticed that the only some companies only reported bad stuff. Like when I missed a payment for a month and some haven't reported anything at all. THe companies that haven't reported anything are the ones that have been getting paid on time. Is there a way I can request that these companies report my credit. How would I go about that?

- It's not a PAYMENT report. It's a CREDIT report. The electric company isn't loaning you any money. Besides, what does it prove if you pay your electric bill on time? If you get too far behind, they cut off your power. It's not the same thing.
- Utility Companies, Cell phones, etc only report to the credit bureau once your account is disconnected and you have a balance you haven't paid then you will notice them on your credit report. While the account is open and good standing they won't report to any of the credit bureaus. Hopes this help.
